Short doubling time

Double the amount of tea for quick brewing

Properly traced back to the popularity of the tea art world in the last decade, doubling, doubling, and doubling again the amount of tea, exchanging an extra large amount of tea for the highest level of flavour experience.
It takes a long time to brew a pot of tea with a packet of tea bags, and it is easy to soak the tea for too long, which makes the tea easily bitter. Remove the tea bags quickly after brewing, and you are guaranteed a cup of tea that is full of aroma and dominant, although it will lose the tea's end and thickness, it will also enhance the aroma and sweetness, and what is better than a cup of sweet and non-bitter tea to soothe your mind when you are at work?

Suggested Ratio and Time

The average tea bag is about 2-3 grams per bag, according to the commonTea BrewingThe ratio of 1:100 is suitable for brewing with 200-300 ml of water for 5 minutes, which is about the volume of a mug. The following adjustments are recommended:

"X" (standard brew, easily bittered, full flavour)

1 tea bag: 300ml water / 5 minutes

"O" (fast brewing, full of top notes, never fails)

3 tea bags: 500 ml water / 1 minute

Tea bags are usually full of fragments and release quickly. Although tea brewed at high temperature is fragrant, a careless mistake can lead to a great hatred.

Rapid brewing reduces the steeping time and drastically reduces the risk of bitter tea leaves, but we can go one step further!Avoid high temperatures:"Put in the hot water first, then the tea bags."

Notes on Preparation

A smooth teapot
There are different materials and forms, the glass one is good-looking and cheap, it is a good choice for making tea in the office (the capacity is usually between 500ml-1000ml).

Where's the hot water coming from?
Hot water in the dispenser is fine, but since it takes a lot of water to brew in one go, it's best to have your own kettle for convenience.

Time is inversely proportional to the amount of tea
The more tea leaves/teabags you use, the less time you need to...

Trust your eyes and your sense of smell.
How is the tea brewed? Although there is no standard answer to this question, most tea bags, if the brewed tea is bright and clear in colour, smells fragrant, and does not smell like water or heavy wood, it is usually very tasty, simply put, if it looks and smells good, it must taste good as well! Of course, you can adjust it appropriately to find your favourite style and strength.

Effects of Cooling Tea

Lowering the temperature of the tea can reduce the risk of "failure", and is also a tip or trick to bring out the sweetness of the tea.Tea brewed at high temperature is still more fragrantThis is why, after all, it is the aroma that is sacrificed, and it is a personal choice between aroma, sweetness, and bitterness (failure rate). Pick the method of brewing that is most comfortable for you, and make a cup of tea that soothes you, and that's the best kind of tea you can make!

Tea Brewing Temperature Reference

  • 100 degrees: the classic temperature, the pure tea flavour pursued by the predecessors.
  • 95 degrees: the temperature of the brave, the bitter substance will be released in large quantities, you can try it when you need to relieve alcohol or lost love.
  • 90 degrees: the most suitable temperature for tea bag brewing, with sufficient aroma.
  • 85 Degrees: slightly lacking in aroma, sweetness is more obvious, the brewing time should be slightly extended.
  • 70 degrees (or below): the flavour of the tea cannot be revealed, and if the tea is scented, it will be left with spices and other aroma flavours, which is strongly not recommended.

Doubts about temperature control in the office

Some water dispensers do not display the temperature, or there is a difference between the displayed temperature and the actual water temperature, what should I do?We can avoid the bitterness caused by the boiling water directly to the tea leaves by brewing the hot water first and then putting down the tea bags. Generally speaking, even if the display of a 100 degrees Celsius water boiler, the temperature of the hot water is about 93 degrees Celsius, and it will cool down to 3-5 degrees Celsius when it is brewed into a teapot. Therefore, this practice can ensure that the temperature of the water will not be too high, and that the tea leaves will not be overly bitter due to the high temperature.

If you can't satisfy yourself with the commercially available tea bags, you can buy the original pure tea leaves, which will have a better flavour. For those who are lazy, you can still follow the above method of brewing, and then take the option of purchasing a tea bag like Daiso's tea green bag and wrapping your own disposable tea bag, which is more affordable and tastes better than the commercially available tea bags.

Will it be a waste of tea?

Tea, as long as you brew it and drink it, is not a waste. "Waste is buying it and keeping it in the cupboard, forgetting about it is the real waste."

If you are a friend who drinks tea bags do not need to be afraid, a bag of ordinary tea bags if not expensive, may be 5-10 yuan you can handle, even if you put the whole three packets, but it is less than 30 yuan, and now you want to buy a cup of good hand-rocked drink, this price may be difficult, the same concept in theTraditional Gongfu TeaAlso applicable.

  • Shorten the time for maximum flavour
  • Tea bags are cheap, no need to save.
  • Soak it twice, it's tasteless, you can throw it away.

Recipes

Tea bags can also be used commercially in large tea bags, about 20g, but it is better to use the original tea leaves here, so that there is more room for adjusting the strength. For tea brewing, it is recommended to make 300ml of concentrated liquid (7min.) for every 5g of tea leaves at high temperature, and then mix and apply.
