Want a late night pot-boiled milk tea but afraid of caffeine? - South Africa National Treasure Tea Bags (4 pcs) : 10 g
- Raw Drinking Water (room temperature): 450 ml
- cow's milk (full fat): 150 ml
- honey : 30 ml
- Condensed milk: 30 ml

- Wine measure (30ml): 1 pc.
- Electronic Scale: 1 table
Step 1. Preparation
Complete the preparation according to the ingredient list and clean and dry the utensils for use.
Prepare the ingredients and set aside:
- South Africa National Treasure Tea Bags (4 packs) 10g
- Condensed Milk 30ml
- Honey 30ml
- Whole Milk 150ml
- Raw Drinking Water 450ml

Step 2. Hot Pot
Use a hot pot with a low flame in the centre of the cooker, and use a napkin to wipe off the water before serving. It is not recommended to use a wet pot to heat and dry the tea leaves, as it will easily scorch the tea leaves.

Step 3: Add Tea Leaves
Add four packets of Kokubo Tea. Put in a total of 10g of prepared Kokubo Tea.
Of course, loose tea can also be weighed, and it is recommended not to use flavoured national treasure tea.

Use tea bags, about 2.5g per bag.

Weighing 10g should be a sample.

Step 4. Fire Control
Control the heat. Use low heat and it is recommended to cook about 10cm away from the fire.

Step 5: Stir fry the tea leaves
In a hot pan, dry roast the tea leaves for about 20 seconds (can be roasted in two stages, half off the heat, no smoking).
*Baked with a slightly sweet, vanilla or fairytale aroma.


Step 6: Add Raw Drinking Water
Add drinking water. Add room temperature drinking water 450c.c. (water evaporation sound squeaking normal).



Step 7. Make Tea
Make tea. Room temperature raw drinking water, cooking time can be high heat for 2 minutes, then turn down the heat, maintain into the picture slightly bubbling can be.
*Cook for about 4 minutes in total, the colour will slowly intensify.

Step 8. First Mix
To evenly distribute the tea broth, use a stirring spoon and stir clockwise throughout the whole process. The more turns you make, the stronger the tea flavour will be, and it is recommended that the number of turns be slowed down to "20" to increase the strength of the tea.

Step 9. Add milk
Add 150ml of milk and you can refer toEnglish Breakfast PotpourriAdd the milk in two stages for a more layered texture.
* Here, please keep the heat in the centre of the cooker on low heat to avoid boiling as much as possible, and control the temperature to a reference value of 88 degrees Celsius.

Step 10.
Make sure the condensed milk and honey are ready, 30ml of each, or you can measure them before adding them in the steps below.

Step 12. Add honey
* Honey should not be cooked at high temperatures for too long as it will lose its nutrients.

Step 13.
Melt evenly. Recommended number of turns "10" Slowly keep the temperature of the pot as low as possible so that the milk and honey don't spoil.

Step 14.
Increase the concentration by smothering. Turn off the heat and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Step 15: Clean the countertop
Clear the countertop, leaving only the following items:
- Filters scalded with hot water
- Cooked pot with milk tea
- Western-style porcelain bottle
- Western Teacup Set
- Ceremonial condensed milk

Step 16: Filter the Tea Soup
Prepare to separate the tea broth from the ingredients. Use a flannel strainer to separate the tea leaves from the pot, and you will have a delicious pot of milk tea.


After straining, place the strainer with the dregs in the pot and transfer to the wash area.
Step 17.
A way to add flavour. For a sweeter cup, add a little extra condensed milk to the bottom of the cup to your liking.

Step 18.
Pour the tea broth directly into the finished cup

Step 19. Finished Product
South African National Treasure Cactus Milk Tea is complete.
*The "Xiancao" in this context refers to the aroma and flavour of National Treasure Tea after cooking in this way, similar to that of Roasted Immortal Grass and Immortal Grass Jelly.
