Freshly picked vanilla leaves are still recommended as the top choice. This compromise can be preserved for a longer period of time, and the finished semi-finished product is "Fresh Frozen Vanilla Juice", which has a better colouring effect, and is suitable as an auxiliary ingredient for the aroma, but should not be used too much. Concentrated vanilla water boiled at high temperature to kill bacteria has been tried, the colour will be lighter, and the actual application is not better than fresh vanilla juice.

At least 150g of fresh you leaves (about a handful)

Cutting Vanilla Leaves

Use a juicer to add water and leaves to make juice.

Strain the vanilla juice and repeat the process 2-3 times to thicken the juice.
Vanilla leaves with water into juice, filtration to remove fibre after the end of the filtered vanilla juice, again added to the juicer with the new vanilla leaves, repeated into a concentrated juice, for the second filtration, this action many times after you will get a very thick vanilla juice, can be used for colouring, aroma use, but you need to be canned and frozen to save, and then return to the ice before use can be.
Step 1. Preparation
Complete the preparation according to the ingredient list and clean and dry the utensils for use. Prepare the ingredients and set aside:
- Thai Green Milk Tea (10g)
- Raw Drinking Water (room temperature): 450ml
- fresh milk (full fat): 100ml
- Milk of three flowers: 50ml
- Freshly cut leaves: 10g (or vanilla juice)
- brown sugar :: 30g (normal)

Step 2. Add raw drinking water
Use a low heat on the hob to warm the pot, this version does not need to be warmed up, just add 450ml of raw drinking water and start to boil the water.

Step 3: Add your leaves
You can use cut leaves, or you can just tie up a whole strip of 10-40 grams and throw it in. In many cuisines, the leaves are knotted fresh and put into the pot to cook. The aroma of the leaves needs to be brought out at this point.
* If you are using vanilla juice or vanilla powder, please add it later when you add milk to make tea.

Simmer for about 2 minutes and remember to keep the lid on.
Step 4: Add Tea Leaves
Add 10g of the prepared Thai Green Milk Tea and stir to combine. Cook on low heat for about 2 minutes.

It's like a vegetable soup, very thick and dark green in colour.
Step 5: Add milk
Add 100ml of prepared milk.

Step 6. Add Milk of Three Flowers
The milk of the three flowers added here is 50ml as a reference, if you like the milk flavour can be added more, Southeast Asia is not good to get milk, will see the use of 150ml of milk of the three flowers instead of fresh milk.

Step 7. Boil Tea Fusion
While the tea is simmering and blending with the milk, keep the cooker on low heat and stir with a spoon for about 1 minute to see small bubbles around the edge of the pot.
* Those who use vanilla juice, vanilla extract (5 drops limit), and vanilla powder can add them in this paragraph.

Step 8. Add Sugar
Add 30g of prepared sugar to sweeten, or 50g if you prefer the Thai version, and add a little coconut sugar to enhance the flavour if you are able to do so. We have tested coconut flour and coconut milk syrup, but they are not better than coconut sugar, so for those who want Southeast Asian flavour, a small amount of coconut sugar is the best way.

Keep the heat low and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Step 9.
Remember to turn off the heat, cover and wait for 1~2 minutes, this is the time to clean the countertop.

Step 10. Clean the countertop
Prepare your filtering and photo taking items. Remember that flannel filter cloths and English teapot cups need to be scalded in hot water.

Step 11: Uncapping Filtering
The flannel filter cloth is very fragile and easy to eat the flavour, so it is not recommended to mix it with other teas.

Fresh Milk + Milk Soup Colour

Colour made purely from the milk of the three flowers.
Step 12.
Remember to wipe your jug with a napkin so that the cup stays neat and tidy.

Step 13.
Thai Spotted Green The finished pot-boiled milk tea is complete. Prepare your three flower milk, tea canister, cups, teapot and take a photo together.

The one on the surface of the soup is the reflection of my Netflix lamp, not the oil.
Step 14. Application and Chilling
If you can't finish it, you can just chill it, or even refrigerate it and drink it the next day.

You can use variegated leaves for decoration, but not more.

I have tried to make herbal tea jelly with vanilla juice and you water, the result is not bad, you can refer to it. You can refer to My tea jelly and jelly recipe is wide open, giardiniera, giardiniera T, parsnip, chilly, konjac, and white coolant powder.

If you have prepared vanilla water, you can make an additional by-product, lemon mottled tea, which is very cool, and even better when added to the air bubbles.

Step 15. Mis-demonstration
Don't put speckled leaf decorations on the hot part, and don't put too much to really look like spring onions.

small step
- We recommend using Saffron milk, other brands are not as good at controlling the style.
- Sugar can be up to 50g, the sweetness will be better if you change it to ice.
- Recommended sugar choices for this recipe are brown sugar > icing sugar > white sugar, with coconut sugar if possible.
- For a variant version, condensed milk can be added as a sugar substitute.
- Fresh milk can be omitted and all three-flower milk, evaporated milk, oatmeal milk and soya milk can be used.
- I have tried adding matcha tea to the mix to enhance the flavour and the result is not bad is another recipe.
- There are choices of vanilla powder and vanilla extract available in the market, which are actually not bad.
