  1. Judgement: Differences are judged from the appearance of the dried tea, mainly in terms of the contact area, which is divided into young buds, strips and stalks.
  2. Selecting a vessel: If you want to lower the temperature without using a thermos, choose the material and the shape of the vessel first. The best shape for cooling is flat and fast.
  3. Place the tea: in a tea container, 3 -5 g, depending on the tenderness and freshness, the more tender the less.
  4. Temperature control: control the temperature between 70-90 degrees.
  5. Pouring: Upper, middle and lower pouring; single point pouring without directly rinsing the tea leaves.

What's even better here is that Chinese green tea has a special brewing habit, and it's often heard of the so-called up-throwing, middle-throwing, and down-throwing methods in theChina's green tea million kinds, almost every county and city area, the price is also million kinds, especially before the Qingming Festival, commonly known as "Mingqian" for the top grade, to drink fresh, crisp, green impression, is to use what skills to achieve it?

Upper, middle and lower casting methods

Apart from using lidded bowls for brewing, more people use taller straight glass cups with top, middle or bottom pitchers depending on the craftsmanship, tenderness and freshness of the green tea. The glass material dissipates heat quickly and the cups are not covered, so it is not easy to smother the delicate green tea and the brewing failure rate is lower. While waiting for the tea leaves to release their contents, you can also enjoy the "tea dance" as the tea leaves undulate and stretch in the cup, which is a combination of visual, olfactory and flavouring enjoyment. For reference, useWeigh three grams of green tea and put it into a cup of 500ml of hot water from the top of the water surface to dry the tea leaves, which will float on the surface of the water and gradually eat the water, sinking into the bottom of the water more and more with the change of time, while floating and sinking, which is suitable for the young buds to stretch, and this is the most common 'upward casting method' of the Pupu film tea method.

In addition to the normal version using a lidded bowl, you can refer to the demonstration video shot by Tuan Gongzi in 2018 for a brief play-by-play of how the three tea pitching methods are made, as well as the performance characteristics.
