Using the Hand-Pumped Matcha Method
Step 18. Ice Cold Application
Matcha pot boil milk tea, if you do not finish, you can directly add ice into iced drinks, usually matcha milk are not drinking very quickly, if you do not finish a long time, it will inevitably sink to the bottom. The best solution is to add ice directly, and it will become the next drink.

small step
- The quality of matcha powder has a significant impact, so please do not make it unsweetened if you take green tea powder.
- Sugar can be up to 50g, the sweetness will be better if you change it to ice.
- Don't pre-whip the matcha, it will deflate.
- If you add matcha directly into the pot without whipping it, it will be easy to get lumps, please don't do it.
- The more milk you add, the more saturated, to be able to drink 500ml of advice not to make it too thick, the tea flavour relies on the balance of jasmine tea, matcha is the colour and flavour.
