History and Story of Black Tea
Tea has a long history of discovery and consumption in China, and it is from China that the rest of the world has been exposed to the mysterious flavour of tea. Chinese tea is mostly produced in the Minnan region of southern China, and foreigners tend to classify the name as CHA in Cantonese if exported by land, and Tay in Fujianese if exported by sea.
