What's a Kuan Yin rhyme?
Legend is story... During the Qianlong period, Wang Shiliang, a scholar from Anxi, was on his way to a friend's party when he found a beautiful tea tree at the foot of Guanyin Mountain, the kind that would wave to him with a glittering light, so he took it back to his own courtyard and took good care of it. The tea tree grew stronger and stronger day by day, and the young leaves were plucked to make a tea for drinking, and found that the taste was even better than that of the oolong tea at that time, so he brought this tea around to meet with the Minister of State, and then presented it to the Emperor Qianlong, who drank it and liked it very much, and named it Nanyan Tieguanyin (South Rock Tieguanyin) because of its appearance, which was beautiful and as heavy as Kwun Yam, as well as heavy as iron.
Another story is even more fantastical. It is also rumoured that during the Qianlong and Yongzheng years, Wei Yin, a famous tea farmer in Anxi, believed in Buddhism and would make offerings of tea to Guanyin Avalokiteshvara every morning for decades, and then one day, late at night, after he went to bed, he gave a dream to Guanyin, saying that she was on the mountain behind him and asked Wei to come and look for her. This is a super mysterious call, then Wei yam rushed to the cliff, but saw the rock wall growing a posture of swaying tea tree, this story tea tree, radiating the fragrance of orchids to seduce Wei yam, just want to reach out and touch, but was woken up by the dog at home, so he could not sleep well and tossed and turned, and searched for the route in the dream to the cliff, and really gave him to find the tree, and picked the tea home to make tea, the flavour of this is the king of the tea. Some people asked about the origin of the tree, after hearing the story, it was thought that Avalokiteshvara's piety by Wei Yin, and was moved to entrust the dream to give the tree, plus the earliest transplanted tea seedlings planted in an iron pot, the leaves are thick and heavy as iron, so it was proposed to name the Iron Goddess of Mercy, and everyone agreed, so the name has been passed down.
The "Guanyin Melody" is actually the unique aroma of this variety of tea tree, which is often described as a deep, sweet and persistent floral aroma with the fragrance of orchids, which develops gradually during the drinking process, resulting in a rich flavour with a long aftertaste. Guanyin aroma can also refer to the unique roasted, fruity or rocky-bone floral aroma of Tieguanyin tea after it has been properly roasted and fermented. This unique aroma and flavour is regarded as a high level of enjoyment when tasting tea.

Tieguanyin Applied Formulation
Recommendation:
For each 1g use 100 degrees with a lid for at least 7 minutes to make 50ml of strong tea before blending and applying.
Pure Drink: The recommended ratio of 1g:100ml is the total output.
- Tieguanyin Iced Tea: 300g of ice + 200ml of tea to fill the cup.
- Tieguanyin Cold Brew Tea: 5g of tea + 500ml of raw drinking water in the fridge for 8 hours.
- Tieguanyin hot tea: 300ml hot water + 200ml tea
- Tieguanyin Hand-blended: 5g of tea + 500ml of hot water for 5 minutes.
