Jin Xuan Red Oolong from Chulu, Taitung is made from Jin Xuan tea leaves cultivated by natural farming methods, and undergoes a high fermentation and medium roasting process, blending the sweetness of black tea with the flavour of oolong tea, and displaying a unique honeyed and fruity aroma.

Description of Hatsushika Tea Plantation and Terroir
The tea plantation is located in the saddle area around the Chulu Ranch, with slightly acidic sandy loam soil with good drainage and rich organic matter. Chulu is located in the hilly terrain of the southern section of the East Rift Valley, which is known to be the most suitable terrain for tea cultivation, with plenty of sunshine during the day and a large temperature difference at night, which is conducive to the production of rich aroma and mellow flavour of the tea leaves, and also because of the unpolluted environment near the ranch. The natural farming method is adopted, and the small green leafy cicada is allowed to bite to form the honey aroma, and through the red oolong production method, the ripe fruity aroma of the tea leaves is further deepened and roasted.

Developed by the Taitung Tea Industry Improvement Plant in 2008, this tea combines the production process of oolong tea and black tea, with a fermentation level of 80-90%, giving the tea a reddish-orange colour, a unique flavour, and a sweet, mellow taste that can withstand steeping.
- This is a dialogue between Jin Xuan and Red Oolong, a soft and thick creation with honeyed, sugary and roasted notes.

Hatsushika Jinxuan Red Oolong is based on Jinxuan, combining the natural farming method with the red oolong production method, showing the complex flavour of honey and roasting.

The tea is rich and smooth, with ripe fruit and caramel aroma in the first part, turning to cream and red dates in the middle part, with a long finish, it is a warm tea suitable for autumn and winter.

Jin Xuan Red Oolong Formula
Tantra has selected a range of classic re-fermented black teas that can be used for blending, milk tea, fruit tea, wine mixing, iced tea, etc. Three ratios are used, 1:30 for strong version, 1:50 for balanced, 1:100 for refreshing, which are all excellent for blending beverages.
Recommendation: For every 1g of 95 degrees use need to cover, at least 5 minutes, make 50ml of strong tea, then blend and apply.
Pure Drinking: The recommended ratio of 1g: 120ml is the total output.
