- Uncollected goods handling (Taiwan only)::

- If the parcel is returned without being picked up, the full amount (100%) of the payment will be deducted to compensate us for the loss caused by your failure to pick up the parcel, including the return shipping cost (about NT$160-200), the cost of quality inspection and handling, and the full amount of the damage if the tea leaves are unable to be re-sold due to the broken packaging, moisture, or exceeding the optimal period of enjoyment.

- To avoid loss, consumers should contact the Company and pay the return shipping fee (minimum NT$160) before the parcel is returned to us and ask for re-sending, if no contact is made after the deadline, the full amount will be deducted if no bar is applicable.
