With a Master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of Geography at National Taiwan University, I have devoted my career to tea—committed to sharing accurate and in-depth knowledge of tea culture. My research spans food and agriculture, cultural industries, agri-tech, and cross-border media marketing.

I previously served as a product R&D lead at a multinational beverage company and have acted as a consultant for multiple emerging brands. As the founder of Taiwan’s leading tea-themed digital channel, I’m recognized as one of the most influential bloggers in the beverage industry, reaching over 30,000 highly targeted followers and generating more than 9 million website visits.BeverageIt is one of the most popular bloggers in the world, with a targeted audience of more than 30,000 and a total website traffic of 9 million visitors.

Since 2016, I have been engaged in tea culture education and public lectures, establishing a personal brand company with experience in over a thousand events. Through years of industry teaching experience, students can effortlessly engage their five senses, enhancing visual, olfactory, gustatory, and cultural analytical skills. We have authored books such as "The Flavor Science of Milk Tea." As a tea master, my motto is: Everything can be infused into tea.
